Valentina has a deep passion for mind-body-soul wellness and helping moms reclaim their health, especially when it comes to overcoming bloating, brain fog, and fatigue. After years of dealing with these symptoms herself, she discovered that true wellness starts in the gut and radiates outward. By embracing holistic wellness—nourishing the body, supporting the mind, and finding natural ways to restore balance—she found a path to lasting vitality. Her mission is to guide others toward feeling light, clear-headed, and energized, knowing that when our gut is healthy, our entire body thrives. She is a proud wife and mother to two sons and lives in Illinois.

My Story

For over 20 years, I lived with a constant mix of health struggles—bloating, IBS flare-ups, brain fog, fatigue, constant headaches, sinus issues, joint pain, weight gain, and even the weight of anxiety and depression. Every day felt like a battle just to get through, and I went from doctor to doctor looking for answers, but finding no lasting relief. My symptoms were impacting everything—my mood, my energy, and eventually my ability to be fully present as a wife and mom. 

During my very last visit with a GI doctor, I was told I would have to be on medication for the long term, and then it hit me—there has to be another way. It became clear that the answer wasn’t going to come from a pill, and I decided enough was enough. This was not the life I wanted. I was not going to take more medication, with no promise of a cure, that would only result in more side effects. 

So, I dove into looking deeper, beyond just managing symptoms. I was determined to find the root cause, and I began exploring holistic health. I learned about how nutrition, lifestyle, and mental-emotional well-being are all connected, and I came to understand how lifestyle, diet, and stress were affecting my body. Most importantly, my gut—the foundation of our overall well-being. 

From there, I started making changes, focusing on lifestyle medicine—nutrition and holistic solutions that could actually help my body heal itself. Little by little, I started to see and feel the transformation. Gradually, my long list of symptoms began decreasing, my energy and mood improved, the brain fog lifted, and I felt better than ever. I found real, lasting relief. 

Now, it’s my passion to help other moms going through similar struggles. I know the exhaustion, frustration, and the desire to feel better for ourselves and our families. My journey led me to discover the power of natural healing, and I want to help others so they don’t have to go through the years of trial and error that I did. 

Today, I guide women on a path to naturally relieve their bloating, brain fog, and fatigue so they can live energized and joyfully. I want every mom to know that they have the power to feel amazing again—without relying on prescriptions or short-term solutions. Holistic wellness changed my life, and I’m here to help others discover the same.
